Details of the role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce specialists who will be responsible for:
- Supporting maintenance activities, technical support, and new developments in Salesforce.
- Providing front-end and back-end development expertise.
- Ensuring platform stability through proactive monitoring and incident management.
- Implementing business-critical integrations and payment system optimizations.
This role combines both administrative and development responsibilities, requiring strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and APEX programming. The position involves working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, ensuring high system availability, data integrity, and user adoption while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Key responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance:
· Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud production environment, including user management, security settings, and system configurations.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime.
· Perform regular data maintenance activities.
· Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
· Configure and maintain organizational settings, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
Development & Customization:
· Develop and maintain custom APEX classes, triggers, and batch jobs to support complex business logic requirements.
· Create and optimize Salesforce automations using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
· Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components when needed.
· Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide business insights and analytics.
· Manage deployments across Development, Staging, and Production environments.
· Perform code reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
Business Support & Optimization:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce functionality.
· Conduct system testing including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
· Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance sales productivity.
· Manage release planning and deployment activities for new features and enhancements.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
· Provide immediate response to production incidents and platform issues
· Troubleshoot and resolve checkout problems, payment integration issues
· Monitor platform performance and implement optimization strategies
· Execute emergency fixes and critical updates.
Required Skills:
Salesforce Expertise:
· Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud.
· Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
· Salesforce Sakes Cloud Administrator certification required.
· Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with APEX programming, triggers, and classes.
· Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data management.
· Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and Aura framework.
· Knowledge of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Technical Skills:
· APEX development expertise with proven experience in production environments
o Proficiency in Visualforce pages and components
o Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API)
o Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware solutions
o Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (Git)
o Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, SFDX)
· Business & Communication Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
o Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with business stakeholders at all levels
o Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
o Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
