Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate work to be performed by coating Subcontractors.
• Coordination with Construction team to plan activities (short and long term) and determine priorities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Populate and manage signature of Quality and Turnover Documentation and maintain accurate records of coating activities and inspections.
• Ensure subcontractor has proper supplies, tools and equipment to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve any coating-related issues.
• Manage budget for all coating scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial coating and painting applications.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to coating and painting.
• Knowledge of CFE coating specifications and NOMs desired.
• Experience with various coating systems and application methods.
• Familiarity with coating inspection tools and techniques, NACE certification desired.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
