NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Help Desk Senior Associate - Full Time

Location: HYBRID- CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN GUADALAJARA

Requirements:

·Availability to work 45 hours per week (rotative schedule each 3-4 months)

·Advanced English

·Min 6 months experience in Customer Service

·Looking to work in IT Environment

Activities

·General Incident Management, access management

·General L1 Support

·Advanced Tech Support

·Provide support based on email generated requests

·Document troubleshooting steps and detail descriptions

·Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups

·Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
