GENERAL FUNCTION
The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for following GBS methodology, tools, and developing projects to contribute to the achievement of the planned goals.
Provide support to the different areas using problem solving techniques, identifying the root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Also organize and administrate a general Continuous Improvement System, guiding and integrating all kinds of organizational growth.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Checks project. Switch to ACH including the new integrations.
a) Communication with the vendors/business by phone and email.
b) Creation of tickets for the change in HDA and Sales Force
c) Follow up the ACH changes.
d) Reviewing the payment proposal, removing the high amount check payments.
· Quality Management System -Document Control
a) Administrator of Master Web.
b) Create and keep a list of the personnel access in Master web.
c) Generate the approval inbound in Master web.
d) Provide support for the SOP creation and review.
e) Ensure the functionality of the QMS.
· Continuous Improvement Projects
a) Critical Cases Root Cause Analysis.
b) Problem solving in the areas.
c) Reports Continuous Improvement.
· Provide support to the Training System and Inventory Control for the IT equipment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Intermediate Excel (Data Bases Management)
· Microsoft Office
· Continuous Improvement Tools
· Customer Service Soft Skills
· Fluent English
