Job Title: Time and Attendance Projects and Testing Analyst Job Summary: As a Time and Attendance Projects Analyst you will be a pivotal link between our business and technology teams. Your role encompasses defining requirements, participating in projects, testing, analyzing, and delivering Time and Attendance solutions. This includes effective communication with vendors and internal teams, understanding intricate business processes, challenging system configuration, and conducting comprehensive testing. Throughout the Project life cycle, you'll play a vital part in researching, designing, documenting, and modifying solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Apply independent judgment and discretion to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements through the meticulous review, testing, and implementation of enhancements and fixes. • Act as a liaison with multiple business areas, fostering an understanding of systems and processes. Collaborate with HR groups, Business Unit representatives, peers, and team members to collect and enhance requirements for project success. • Take the lead on small projects and contribute to medium-sized projects, offering valuable input for enhancing systems and processes. • Adhere to security policies, safeguarding confidential and sensitive information. • Perform additional duties as assigned. • Utilize established methodologies and tools to meet Service Level Agreements, providing insightful input for continuous improvement. • Track and report progress on projects to leadership, demonstrating functional expertise in specific areas while engaging directly with peers and the user community. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies from vendors, including timekeeping systems such as SAP, Kronos, legacy systems, and HCMs. • Bring change management skills and experience to the table. • Provide Operations support as needed Education: A Bachelor's degree is desired in one or more of the following fields: Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
We value:• Possess 1-3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating active participation in projects catering to a diverse employee base. • Bring 1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting Payroll, Time and attendance, Labor, Finance or Payments. • Medium degree skills in Excel, automation tools, data visualization, and presentations. • Demonstrate hands-on experience in developing and executing test cases. • Display the ability to conduct thorough research on configuration issues and products. • Showcase experience in analyzing business processes and recommending improvements or efficiencies. • Exhibit strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. • Display self-motivation and direction, effectively communicating across all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, especially in high-pressure environments. • Have experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Exhibit the ability to analyze data and system concerns using analytical skills, efficiently communicating findings, and designing solutions using tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or other relevant platforms. • Prior knowledge or experience with HRIS and Payroll systems is a plus
