?Work Modality: Remote. However, if the candidate is based in a city with a client site, occasional hybrid attendance may be required.


?Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure MDM solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf, to support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
  • Develop and implement MDM policies and procedures to ensure the security and compliance of all managed devices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored MDM solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on MDM best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in MDM technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
  • • Provides Endpoint Management support and services for an assigned organization, location, or function.
  • • Manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
  • • Performs appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process.
  • • Provides workstation and device training support for associates.
  • • Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and issues.
  • • Contributes to the definition of engineering processes, standards, and technologies / frameworks.
  • • Plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices. Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
  • • Acts as initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.


Must Have Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Proven experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified) are a plus.

Skills:

  • English (speak and write) to work with clients and global teams
  • Proficiency in Intune, Jamf and/or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of modern management devices.
  • Experience in scripting for automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Azure Active Directory: Experience with managing and integrating Azure AD.
  • MECM (SCCM): Knowledge of MECM (SCCM)
  • Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.
