Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

-At least Six years of relevant work experience like IT Support Manager.

-6 years of experience leading the development of IT support strategies and policies.

-Managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation for the support department.

-Building relationships with vendors and negotiating contracts for support services.

-Guiding the adoption of best practices and industry standards in IT support.

-Network Architecture and Troubleshooting.

-Cloud Computing and Services Management.

-Cybersecurity Protocols and Incident Response.

-IT Service Management (ITSM) Frameworks.

-Database Management and SQL.

-Scripting and Automation.

-Technical Support and Help Desk Operation.

-Incident and Ticket Management.

-Remote Support and Management.

-IT Asset Management.

-Knowledge Base and Documentation.

-Monitoring and Performance Tools.

-Collaboration and Communication.

-Ability to speak, read and write in English.
