Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrable 5 years hands on experienced as Scrum Master.
• Understanding of full life cycle development: requirements gathering analysis design coding unit testing and acceptance testing and how these activities can fit into a Scrum environment.
• Experienced using tools to productive effect (ADO or JIRA Experience especially with the JIRA Agile plugin strongly preferred).
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities:

• Educates the team on agile methods and practices.
• Coaches the team in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Facilitates the team's progress toward team goals and ensures/facilitates the program and solution team planning process.
• Facilitates team meetings and agile ceremonies.
• Coordinates and follows up on impediments, risks, and dependencies with the Product Owner and agile team members.
• Prepares, plans, and executes Agile Release Train events.
• Drives the team to continuously improve. Actively challenges the team to increase efficiency, performance, and quality
• Develops and implements reporting methods and metrics to improve team performance and monitor team health and progress for both the team and external stakeholders.
• Supports the team's efforts to continuously improve communication and relationships with other teams.
