Full Job Description
1. This position requires that you own the following personal equipment:
- A computer with enough memory space to support the campaign software (Windows 10, or MacOS 10.13 or superior).
- USB headset with microphone.
- A stable internet connection (Internet Speed 50MB upload).
- A quiet space to work.
2. Qualification criteria:
- 6 months of experience in customer service, outbound calls, or similar is required.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) REQUIRED.
- Excellent Spanish communication skills (written and spoken) REQUIRED.
- Computer proficiency REQUIRED.
- Experience with MS Office and Google products.
- Empathy, proactiveness, and team player skills.
3. Net salary:
- Ranges between $9000 to $11000 MXN (Mexican pesos) per month. Hourly pay, work hours may range between 40 - 44 hours a week.

5. What you'll do:
- Provide patients with exceptional phone service by answering their questions promptly.
- Process and escalate requests following the standard customer support procedures.
- Take notes from the patients and schedule medical appointments for them.
- Be on top of the clinic's email and reply when needed.
- Attend morning huddle meetings with the team (Usually they are Monday to Friday 7:45 am PST via Zoom).
- Use the internal communication channels of Nomad Desk appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned.
6. Our Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 6 pm PST (Our business hours)
- Weekends from 8 am to 4 pm PST (weekends guard duty)
Note: These are our business hours. Your work schedule will be defined within these ranges of time, depending on the campaign that you support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
