Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- Coordinate the Direct (DL) and Indirect (IL) personnel recruitment process, communicating directly with supervisors and managers, including the Staff, to hire the ideal personnel in the required time and according to the manufacturing requirements and this process includes recruiting, selecting, hiring and introducing new associates to the Springs Window Fashions culture, through a process of interviews, psychometric exam and medical exam
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
- Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions (foreign IL)
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
- Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training
- Provide support to social events
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as need.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
- Required TRESS Knowledge
- Bilingual English Spanish
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience
- Expert knowledge of the SWF Staffing Database and the required process to timely achieve the requisitions and job offers authorization protocol established by Corporate policies.
- Must have strong communication skills at all level and be able to influence others.
- Excellent relationships.
- Must be able to plan, organize and prioritize work while working under time constraints.
- Must have computer skills and knowledge in Lotus notes, Excel, Power Point, Word (Microsoft office).
- Leadership, teamwork, work under pressure, making presentations before SLT as needed
- Sense of urgency, assertive, negotiator, and business knowledge
- Oral and written communication skills, interpersonal relations, have influence on people, organizing, follow up process.
