- Main activity focuses on completion of assigned Service Desk request made by end users
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software & peripheral devices in a Microsoft networking environment.
- Work with employees to diagnose and solve hardware, software, and printing issues either over the phone or directly on site.
- Provide preventive & corrective maintenance to hardware equipment's
- Re-imaging activities, data backup and recovery activities to users
- Provides support for Microsoft Office, Outlook, Mac OS, Video Conferencing, Antivirus
- Support other IT staff members when necessary.
Temporary Responsibilities:
- Logging and processing support requests made through our Service Desk system but not limited to assisting call for exceptional cases.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to login, solving password problems
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Storing and organizing equipment in IT stock/inventory locations
Responsibilities associated with the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems
- ISO 9001 awareness, Quality Policies, 6 S philosophy, CTPAT, EHS policies
Education and Experience:
- High School degree with 3-4 years proven experience in similar IT related fields.
- Associates or Computer Technical Degree
- Bachelor's degree in computer science desirable

- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocol.
- Knowledge of hardware and software.
