Job Description:

This position plays a key role in supporting the Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and IT teams through data analysis and the development of reports and dashboards that drive operational performance improvement. You will work closely with data owners and IT personnel to extract and analyze information from our systems such as FIS (Thingworx), ERP, Manufacturing Apps, and other internal sources.

Responsibilities:

• Support plant teams (Ops, Quality, Engineering, etc.) with data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Data Scientist and IT to develop functional dashboards and reports.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various platforms (FIS, ERP, internal apps).
• Participate in improvement projects by providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Implement new reports according to team needs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.

Experience:

• 1–3 years developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or Spotfire.
• 1–3 years in data analysis using Python (preferred), R, or Matlab.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environments is desirable (automotive industry is a plus).
