Data Analyst:

The Data Analyst will work as a team member within the Professional Services team and support both contingent workforce implementations and ongoing technical support for VMS (vendor management systems) and direct sourcing platforms. Responsibilities include technical incident management, complex reporting and analysis of data for implementations (excel based), participation in testing activities for changes and implementations and other administrative-related tasks.

The Data Analyst role includes manipulation and analysis of data related to contingent workforce management, often using VMS and client financial and HR (source data) systems to create data-sets and reports.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills, be self-driven, and work collaboratively with the members of the project team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent listening skills and ask relevant insightful questions in interactions with colleagues and clients.

• Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Gather, cleanse, validate and upload data into VMS or direct sourcing platforms as part of implementations or program changes
• Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., VMS, staffing agencies, internal systems) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the contingent workforce program.
• VMS System Support:
• Manage troubleshooting and change request tickets from the program teams in the field
• Develop proficiency in using VMS platforms (ie. Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, etc) to manage the data structures, make configuration changes and workflows within the VMS system.
• Other Potential Responsibilities:
• Support the onboarding of contingent workers.
• Assist with program changes of the requisition-to-hire lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Data analytics certifications (CAP, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate etc.) a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably with a focus on system implementations and/or systems support
• Understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies.
• Proven experience in working directly with clients or business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Experience in implementing enterprise-level software or systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) a plus.
• Desired experience with VMS technologies (ie. Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, etc.)

• Data Cleaning and Preparation:
• Skills in cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis. (Pivot tables; slicer; vlookup’s etc)
• Data Management:
• Understanding of data storage, organization, and security
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• High Proficiency in O365 platform Office applications, including Power BI
