We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting branch sales operations across the Americas. This bilingual position is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience by addressing inquiries, coordinating special requests, and resolving issues to achieve a high level of satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Verify and expedite customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates on order status.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve issues and guarantee a seamless sales-to-shipment process.
• Support sales teams by preparing quotes, performing stock checks, and retrieving delivery timelines.
• Review and process order confirmations, ensuring data accuracy and minimal errors.
• Provide administrative support including call-backs, sending samples and literature, and handling return authorizations.
• Actively engage in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with colleagues across North America (U.S., Canada, and Mexico)

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma (Preparatoria or equivalent) plus 6+ months of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or administrative roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm with accuracy.
• Solid business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
