• Advanced knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, or related fields, as well as electrical and pneumatic control and PLCs

• Knowledge of troubleshooting automation equipment, KUKA robots, automatic screwdrivers, and automatic dispensers
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools
• Advanced programming knowledge of automation equipment, robotics, screwdrivers, dispensers, etc.
• Advanced engineering project management
• Advanced knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance management using computer tools (CMMS)
• Managerial management of human resources and assets
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement processes
• Knowledge of Emotional Intelligence and Empowerment for proper personnel management
• Advanced technical knowledge in machinery safety and permits for working with hazardous energy sources
• Experience in administration, budget control, and departmental expenses
• Experience in talent development, training, and career planning
• Advanced knowledge in conflict resolution, personnel administration, and time management
