The Technical Advisor attends the customers needs before, during and after the arquitectural products application of PPG Comex according internal policies. You will report to the Technical Training Supervisor. This Job is located in Guadalajara #LI-Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the Field Check to diagnose what was the cause of the deviation in the performance of the products marketed by PPG-Comex based on the policy of attention to claims and the procedure
• Attend the Field Demonstrations to communicate the attributes of the products marketed by PPG-Comex
• Attend the Consultancies in the field to make technical recommendations that allow obtaining the performance expected by the Final Customer of the products
• Support the products marketed by PPG-Comex to the sales areas: Retail such as: Territory Leader and B2B Leader
• Perform evaluations of existing products and new launches requested by the Marketing area to confirm the results obtained in the area of Product and Process Development according to internal policies.
• Perform evaluations of competitor products to know the differentiating attributes between PPG-Comex and its Competition.
• Scope in charge of: Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, Michoacán, Morelia, Queretaro and Guanajuato.
• KPI's: Service level customer evaluation, attention to complaints and training in portfolio products and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 2 years of experience in similar role
• Desirable basic or intermediated English level
• Skills: Negotiation, communication, analysis, teamwork
