How you'll make your mark:

• Provide professional solutions to the company end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence.
• Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
• Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
• Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
• Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
• Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

About you:

• Currently enrolled in University Bachelor's (with at least 12 months to graduation per the company's definition) At least in the 5th semester of the University with a focus in: Programming, Systems Engineering, Computing Engineering OR equivalent
• 0-1 years of overall experience
• Excellent verbally and writing skills in English are REQUIRED
• Advanced knowledge in the fields of Programming and / or Automation.
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Visual Basic, Python or R are a plus.
• Middle to High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Still studying (Communication, Business Administration or Economics with emphasis on Marketing/ Sales)
• Communicative, a team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking
