Uptalent.io is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. Our platform provides top tier talent from Latam to the most exciting companies in the world, specializing in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering industry. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insights and analysis to our clients to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Help us create some useful data analysis tools. We have Deltek Vision for our accounting/project management software and it is an SQL database.
• We want to work on some standard use Power BI dashboards to have a better interface for some data analytics. Our IT staff has some basic Power BI knowledge but some things may require connecting directly to SQL.
• We would need someone who can help us make sure we are using Power BI to the fullest and automating what we can.
• The initial focus will be Power BI development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong data analytics experience would be helpful.
• Advanced proficiency with programming languages such as SQL.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
