We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic telecommunications team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world IT infrastructure challenges. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across our network.

Location: Santa Fe, 100% on site.

Activities

System Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.

Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation

Security Implementation: Support the implementation of security measures to protect IT systems from vulnerabilities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Graduated 2024 or 2025

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Exposure to virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Awareness of cloud platform.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills. Conversational English is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
