Experience and Knowledge:

• Grade: B Sc/Eng /TSU/Tech in Computer Science, Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field
• Intermediate conversational English
• Minimum 1 year experience providing technical support (telephone or personal) and/or customer service, preferably focused on data networks
• Office Suite Management
• Windows OS skills, Mac and Linux desirable
• Solid knowledge in data and telecommunications networks: (TCP/IP, Wireless Networks, VPN, L2/L3 Switchover, Routing, VLAN, IP Surveillance, Home Automation)

• Advice on the functionalities and solutions of the company's various products (AP, Routers, Switches, Load Balancer, OLT, ONT, IP Cameras, Home Automation)
• Troubleshoot configuration problems of the company's various products
• Support for company events (exhibitions, in-person and online training)
