A leading telecommunications brand is seeking a bilingual call center executive to serve business customers in the U.S. (inbound calls).
Responsabilidades o actividades:
What you'll do: Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience. Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of company products or services to meet customers' needs. Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer´s account. Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer´s business grow Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer´s needs beyond just the resolution of the issue. Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution. Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses. Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change
Requisitos o experiencia:
Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must 1 year of sales experience. Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
Habilidades
Ability to deal with a variety of customers. Ability to explain and sustain different charges on bills. Ability to create a sense of urgency on our customers to help them get current on their accounts. Ability to multi-task; using a computer while wearing a telephone headset, evaluate and offer different payment options for our customers. Take notes and create rapport with customers at the same time. Build relationships and provide excellent customer service in all different interactions. Resolve the customer's issue while on the phone. Need to be creative and innovative.
