Brief Description

The IT analyst is responsible for activities related to the support of data and voice communication systems, user support and implementation of new technologies in the business units. As well as carrying out the correct tracking of IT assets.

Key Accountabilities

• Tests, trains and provides more complex systems support for distributed computing.
• Makes recommendations to address routine and recurring problems.
• Typically assigned to several components of a project or a complex component of a single project.
• Analyzes and evaluates complex systems hardware and software from vendors, manufacturers and acquired companies.
• Documents and compiles results for final assessment.
• Acts as technical liaison with internal functional or business leaders, external manufacturers', or vendors' technical personnel, to implement or maintain hardware and software.
• May provide system-wide support on complex projects and components.
• Troubleshoots more complex problems and recommends appropriate actions.
• Supports data migration, conversion and loading, seeking continuous performance improvement.
• Monitoring of physical equipment for damage and defect detector for replacement
• Carry inventory and control of computer equipment and networks.
• Provide technical support to users and departments.
• Support for the physical implementation of new systems and equipment
• Regional support to business units
• Installation and configuration of computer equipment
• Information security
• Minimize impact to users and processes related to new implementations.
• Maintain incident response times in the business unit.

• Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors

• Systems Engineering or similar

• 5 years of experience

• Knowledge in operating systems,

• Windows Server Windows Client (XP, 7, 10),

• Networking, telephony, cabling

• Cisco devices.

• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting

• User support experience

• Knowledge in structured cabling and networks

• Logical problem-solving techniques

• English read and written

• Excellent service attitude
