We are an automotive company based in San Luis Potosí seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department. This role is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as UPTIME, MTTR, MTBF, among others; validating hazardous equipment and process conditions; managing maintenance resources, methods, spare parts, and external suppliers to ensure production equipment remains in optimal condition; adhering to the preventive and predictive maintenance plans across all production lines; and overseeing the indirect warehouse.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
Promote safety practices within the Maintenance team and other departments, prioritizing the elimination of safety risks.
Coordinate maintenance resources to ensure service availability during production hours.
Supervise failure analysis and coordinate corrective actions to restore equipment efficiently.
Facilitate the necessary resources to ensure the success of projects and achieve goals on time.
Implement additional periodic routines to prevent production downtime caused by equipment failure or speed issues.
Conduct spare parts analysis and management.
Monitor and follow up on Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective maintenance activities.
Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Educational background: Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Professional experience: 10-15 years in maintenance roles
Additional capabilities: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with involvement in projects and planning activities within the automotive industry
