TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage technical investment projects considering the best engineering practices, such as; PIDs, 3D models, layouts, etc., with internal and external resources
• Develop the project team, developing and retaining talent.
• Provide guidance and advice on aspects of planning and execution of investment projects and remodeling of the site within the planned budget.
• Guarantee and manage that CAPEX in line with business objectives.
• Be the representative of an investment project before the Steering Committee and the Interested Parties, as well as represent the company in the respective working groups of the Bayer Technology Committee
• Manage and execute the budget of the investment plan of the site.
• Propose and carry out programs, initiatives and tools to achieve continuous effectiveness and efficiency in technical systems.
• Define key indicators for the development of investment projects based on their compliance and participation in the Product Supply System strategy.
• Manage and execute technical solutions derived from security reviews (eg A2, A3), providing technical information on the teams involved in the processes and managing the implementation of security measures.

WHO ARE YOU

Education: Master degree desirable or Bachelor degree in electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemistry.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, management of investment projects

Knowledge in: Management of investment projects, Technical knowledge in process equipment and critical systems (purified water, HVAC, gases, steam, compressed air, refrigeration, fire fighting systems, among others), PHA's, Process and plant safety, Hazop Methodology, (NOM's, GMP, ISPE), Computerized systems (PCS7, WinCC, SCADA),Preparation and interpretation of process, electrical (one-line) and piping and instrumentation diagrams.

Language: Advanced English.
