This position is responsible to manage, monitor and improve the IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network, and communication) as well as to provide second level support to end users and computing workplaces.

Your tasks:

• Manage and support voice and data network links to ensure optimal service.
• Manage and support datacenter room, server, storage, backup, and environmental aspects.
• Coordinate, management, and planning IT related projects based on business needs.
• Provide support to backend teams in global projects.
• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including switches, WLAN devices, DNS and DHCP.
• Communicate local business needs to the upper IT management to serve as bridge within the plant and IT.
• Provide support to purchasing in planning and administering bidding process for IT related projects.
• VMware administration.
• Take lead and participation in projects with new vendors and ZF global infrastructure projects.
• Follow up and comply IT Infrastructure KPIs.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science / business informatics / electrical engineering.

• Experience in infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks.
• Expert with Windows Operating systems.

• Knowledge and skill set to install, configure, maintain, and support networks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Detail oriented, organized, methodical, follow up skills with an analytical thought process.
• Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, information, and service-related topics with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure design and administration. LAN, Windows Server and VMware.
• English Fluent.
