Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst position will conduct data analysis to improve supply chain operations. This highly cross functional role will proactively partner with, Engineering, Supply Chain, NPD, purchasing teams and Suppliers to play a key role in process improvement and value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive data analytics to identify problematic areas and suggest optimization opportunities on project-based assignments supporting SupplyChain' continuous improvement efforts
• Generate ETP and E&O report action for inbound supply chain
• Create simple, repeatable processes and methods to gather supply chain data to achieve objectives.
• Perform weekly and monthly KPI and Scorecard reports supporting Supply Chain strategies.
• Support new product development and sustaining sourcing activities
• Support in PBI Development for supply chain functionality
• Support the RFQ and NPD process.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in purchasing, metrics creation, and reporting preferred.
• Good communications skills, written and verbal, in the Spanish/English languages
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Must be highly self-motivated
• SAP experience is a must.
• Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
• Three to Five years (+) previous Supply Chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain related field
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• In located in Mexico must be proficient in with both verbal and written communications.
