Customer Order Sp- Project manager
The Customer Order-Project manager, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
The COS oversees the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders and managing all project aspects tied to the fulfillment process.
This role combines customer service, logistics, and project management responsibilities, focusing on optimizing order processing, enhancing customer satisfaction, and coordinating across various teams to deliver on-time, high-quality results.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and purchasing activities.
- Develop and execute demand planning strategies.
- Negotiate costs and purchasing terms with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and tariff laws.
- Optimize logistics and transportation plans.
- Evaluate and improve supplier performance.
- Oversee the entire order/project flow.
- Review and assess project documentation for risk management.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders from sale to completion.
- Manage communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for shipment, installation, and training schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate order/project processes and complete close-out documentation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and engagement.
- Support after-sales activities and provide excellent customer care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently (minimum 90% proficiency).
- Strong knowledge of order processing, supply chain logistics, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
