Sr. Purchasing (MP)

Description

Is responsible for purchasing materials for the plant.

Their duties include negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible.

Item selections and taking inventory of current products.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders.
• Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products.
• Assisting the Supply Chain Manager with maintaining inventory levels and materials on a regular basis.
• Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education: Electronics Engineering or related field.

Experience: Purchasing management for at least 3 years, experience 3 years at least working at manufacturing environment.
Languages: Advanced (Preferred)
ERP knowledge.

Skills: Teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership, conflict management.
