Accounts Payable JR

Responsibilities

Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order invoices as per the established process.

• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.

• Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders.

• Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proactiveness

• Presentation Skill

• Client Relationship

• English (desired)Fluency in both Spanish and English.

• Experience ERP.
• Proficient with Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
• Communicative level of Intermediate
