What will you do?
The MM Leader plays a vital role within the supply chain, combining strategic planning and tactical execution to ensure that the right materials arrive on time and in the correct quantities. This position not only ensures operational efficiency but also has a direct impact on the company's profitability and competitiveness. Acting as a link between production, logistics, and supplier teams, the MM Leader optimizes resources and significantly contributes to business success.
Among their main responsibilities are demand planning, supplier negotiation, and inventory management. The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to make informed decisions that meet both deadlines and budget constraints. Additionally, proficiency with technological tools and the ability to work in collaborative environments are key to success in this position.

The MM Leader forecasts material and product needs based on historical data analysis, sales trends, and growth projections. This responsibility is key to avoiding both shortages and excess inventory. Planning is continuously adjusted to respond to market fluctuations and production changes.
