Master Scheduler

Requirements:

- Minumum 3 years experience in a related position

- Experience in MRP / Capacity Planning / RP Systems, prefered experience using JDE Edwards

- Experience implementing Pulls systems, kan ban and material handling techniques

- Experience in basic Lean Manufacturing tools

- Knowledge of any ERP process, Control of production, MRP process

Responsibilities:

- Assure the Supply Plan for the assigned BU according to the Demand Plan provided by the Demand Planning team.

- Work with the Demand Planning Team in order to provide dates according with customer needs.

- Analize the Demand Plan to detect trends and constraints.

- Cascade this contraints and trends to all the team in order they make the right adjustments.

- Provide an unconstrained Supply Plan.

- Work with the operations team to react to the spikes/valleys on demand and increase/decreases on time.

- Work with the planner buyer to ensure the supply.

- Work with purchasing and production un unconstrain the Demand Plan and provide a Supply Plan.

- Work with the scheduler to provide a production schedule to Operations with the right priorities.

- Support on the Inventory Control Activites.
