Main responsibilities:

- Control and monitor customer demand to ensure that the production plan aligns with both demand and production requirements.

- Provide a clear and feasible production plan to internal departments.

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, track material consumption, and implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess or shortages.

- Ensure a smooth material flow by analyzing demand, forecasts, and projects.

- Manage and oversee Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and forecasts.

- Coordinate new projects effectively.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the proper execution of processes, including purchasing, receiving, quality inspection, and warehousing.

- Support customer service by promptly communicating any risks to fulfilling customer demand and participate in resolving such issues.

Qualifications:

- University Degree (Bachelor's Degree/Engineering) preferred

- + 5 years experience in materials planning functions, required

- Fluent English (spoken and written)

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in excel

- ERP/MRP knowledge required

- QAD knowledge desired

- Knowledge of production scheduling, desired
