Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
Experience:
5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
Proven experience working as Tier 1.
In-depth knowledge of global sourcing, international logistics, and MRP/ERP planning.
Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Technical Knowledge:
Strategic sourcing and global negotiation practices.
Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards.
Strong command of KPIs and Supply Chain performance metrics.
Risk management in global supply chains.
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma best practices.
Advanced English (for negotiations and executive reporting).
