We are looking for Purchasing Manager.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field. A master's degree in supply chain management or similar is desirable.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Specialized training in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. Contract law or supplier risk management is a plus.
• Skills: Strategic Decision Making, Leadership and Process Supervision, Effective Communication, Service Attitude, Result Focus, Conflict Management, Teamwork.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials and services to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
2. Negotiate with suppliers on prices, terms, and delivery conditions to achieve optimal purchasing agreements.
3. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost to build a competitive and resilient supply base.
4. Monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions to maintain compliance with quality and delivery standards.
5. Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures to standardize operations and ensure transparency.
6. Collaborate with planning, logistics, and production teams to align supply with demand and reduce inventory risks.
7. Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
8. Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and reduce expenses."
