Purpose of the vacancy: Analyze, monitor and provide technical support for the implementation, interpretation, and application of the Free Trade Agreements.

Requirements:

-Advanced English Level

-Degree: Foreign Trade, International Relationships or Customs

-Ability to work in Pesquería, NL

-At least 3 yars of experience in FTA/ Origin Management

-Origin rules for USMCA and ACESS

-SAP

Main responsabilities:

-Origin determination and application of origin criteria (CTH, RVC,BD,NC etc) under key FTAs such as USMCA, ACE 55 and CPTPP of the exported goods

-Collection and validation of certificates or origin and supporting documents from suppliers

-Identification and correction of origin and supporting documents from suppliers

-Establish a communication and collaboration system with internal users as Sales and Purchase Teams

-Management of audits by foreign goverment agencies and Head Quarters in matters or origin

-Prepare technical reports, breifing notes and presentation on legal/commercial aspects of FTAs

-Monitor trade disputes or consultations within the framework of FTAs

-Support training sessions on FTA topics

-Stay informed about regulatory changes. new trade negotiations or policy developments
