Company from Malaysia is looking for a Factory Manager, to be in charge of the Renovation Project f the premises, and production lines. Knowledge in international negotiations and close follow-up with different suppliers. Focused in Quality, Production goals and compliance of internal and government regulations
Conditions:
· To work in Tetla de Solidaridad, Tlaxcala, Mexico.
· Schedule from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. M – F., Saturdays from 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
· Salary of $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 M.N. gross a month.

Job Description:
Coordinate with external suppliers the remodeling, repair, and overhaul plan of the Plant, in accordance with the Company's Policy and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage the repair and maintenance budget.
Manage and lead staff according to the structure of the organization and develop them to grow in the organization.
Ensure that systems and machinery are able to deliver the expected levels of efficiency and quality through optimization.
Develop and implement projects and divisions of the Plant.
Direct, coordinate and manage all Plant Maintenance activities, through change activities and Capital Expenditure programs necessary to meet business objectives.
Ensure maintenance efficiency considering machine availability, quality plan results, maintenance losses, repair and service costs, valuation, spare parts and budget controls.
Ensure that investment projects are executed in accordance with technical, time and financial requirements.
Ensure utility efficiency and energy availability, reducing energy consumption and costs.
Manage, adhere to and ensure that environmental, safety and health policies are properly complied with.
Accept responsibility and strive for excellence to ensure all work processes and quality results according to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Profile:
Industrial/Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering.
Bilingual (high proficiency), the interview and the entire process will be in English.
Having managed a Food Plant recently (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality Control, Purchase Orders, Raw Material, Packing Materials, etc.)
Having been in charge of a new plant planning project, from conversation and negotiation with suppliers, authorities and colleagues of the company, up to the start of operations.
ISO 22000, ISO 9000, ISO 9001, Pest Control, HACCP.
At least 8 years of work experience in the FOOD industry.
Cross-cultural/international experience is a plus
Able to lead and guide an innovative team, having clear and open communication
Project Management Skills
Diagnostic capacity for the definition of objectives, clearly trace the stages and phases of the project.
Planning and monitoring to detect the possibility of deviations and correct in a timely manner.
Constant and close supervision of the project to ensure compliance on the agreed dates.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
