Your mission

As a Technical Account Manager, your role is to lead our customers to unlock the full potential of the Equativ platform. You will focus on technical project management and high-level consulting to our clients working closely with the Key Account Management team

What You'll do

• Build, maintain, and grow client engagement to maximize customer journey and be their trusted Technical Account Manager
• You will be responsible for the growth and success of strategic Publisher accounts in the LATAM region
• Provide pre and post-sales technical assistance and become a subject matter expert to support clients in their technological choices
• Liaise with the Product, Analytics, Quality, and other teams to meet client's needs
• Identify ways to improve the operational effectiveness of current processes and propose solutions to elevate efficiency
• Proactively identify revenue opportunities and take ownership to partner with relevant stakeholders
• Work on projects with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility

About You

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Technology or similar technical field of study
• 4+ years of experience in a Technical role, preferably Ad Tech
• Experience in web development (HTML, JS, SQL) or technical solutions consulting
• Knowledge of Adservers & Programmatic Buying and Selling is a plus
• Familiar with IAB standards like openRTB, GDPR, Ads.txt, Supply Chain Object, etc is a plus
• OTT/CTV knowledge is a strong plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to identify opportunities for improvement
• Problem-solver and multitasker who remains cool under pressure
