Summary
· Development and Execution of HR Strategy in a range of Human Resources functions including Employee Relations, talent sourcing and selection; associate relations, retention, conflict avoidance and resolution; HR administration, reporting and health and safety program support; and Engagement.
Responsibilities:
· Promoter and monitor of company values.
· Strategic Partner to all department leaders for people management strategy.
· Coordinate all functional/departmental directors to understand all necessary aspects and needs of human resources, to execute all HR functions.
· Vigilant of any employee related issues internally and externally.
· Compliant and aligned with Standards and Policies.
· Monitoring of labor board cases and assure legal liability is kept within company goals.
· Monitor and consistently interact with Labor Lawyers to assure proper management of cases and negotiation process.
· Establish and monitor communication channels with all employees.
· Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety norms in accordance with local law.
· Assure all policies are aligned with the global contact agreement.
· Assure that all employee relations and engagement activities adhere to company policies and procedures; including but not limited to, guidelines establishment and follow-up, employment terminations, and overall discipline matters.
· Assure employee development based on a periodical performance review, training needs analysis process and/or designed career path programs.
· Through effective recruitment and selection, assure that the right people are located on the correct staff positions and in accordance with authorized rations and organizational development plan.
· Strategic design of employee motivation activities calendar.
· Develop strategy and assure the creation of action plans to follow-up on employee satisfaction surveys, committees, exit interviews, channel and other company climate measuring tools.
· Review interpret and implement improvement process to comply with GPTW certification goals.
· Establish and conduct and recurrent attrition analysis cycle plan.
· Creation of retention strategy for company employees at all levels, with priority in agent attrition.
· Read and sign the policies.
Education and Specific Training:
· Preference of Bachelor:
· Science & Law, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
· Preference of Masters:
· Labor Relations, Psychology, Organizational development or related fields
Work experience:
· 10 years' experience as a manager
· 5 years' HR management Roles
· 5 Years' Experience in Labor Relations, Staff Recruitment, Employee Retention and Satisfaction Programs, Administration of Performance Management.
Technical Skills:
· Intermediate usage of MS office standard tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point)
· Intermediate knowledge of call center systems (AVAYA CMS Supervisor (or equivalent))
· Quality tools
· Root cause analysis
· Cause and effect diagrams
· Histograms
· Control Charts
· Nearshore market: English proficiency level 3 / Spanish native or fluent

Travel requirements:
· 75% of the time
· Current US Visa is a must
