What will you do:
Apply manufacturing engineering principles to analyze, design or improve company processes in product manufacturing and distribution to create strategies optimizing inventory warehousing, transport, personnel capabilities and operational costs.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and applying logistics information to establish operational goals in departments like inventory management and transportation.
• Integrating various technologies to improve shipping, handling and distribution of goods.
• Evaluating company requirements for staffing and facility maintenance to ensure processes operate efficiently and safely.
• Collaborating with departmental teams to implement technical systems that improve inventory tracking, storage and distribution.
• Analyzing and documenting management operations to ensure safe and efficiency.
What will you need to succeed?
• Bachelor's degree in industrial/logistics engineering or a related engineering field.
• 1-5 year experience on manufacturing areas
• productivity and Cost reduction projects
• Warehouse Management System Knowledge
• Value Stream Mapping
• Strong experience in manufacturing process
• Time motion studies
• Line balancing
• Lean Yellow Belt as plus (optional)
• Conversational english
• Proactive, innovative mainset
Software:
• AUTOCAD basic-intermediate
• VISIO basic-intermediate
• MS Office
• SAP/Oracle or similar
