Sr Talent Acquisition ManagerPurposeResponsible for planning and executing the TA strategy and manage the TA team for Fluorinated and Polymer solutions. This position will serve as the primary advisor on talent acquisition initiatives and will be central in promoting the organization's ability to facilitate the attraction of diverse top talent at all levels.
Main Responsibilities - Provide strong executive leadership and structure for the talent acquisition function by creating and executing on the overall Talent strategic direction, design and operations of the recruiting staff, systems, services, and processes to support the organization's recruitment needs.
• Socialize the Talent Acquisition global process and revisit/adapt/improve it as necessary.
• Determine the scope and responsibilities of each Talent Acquisition team member.
• Foster a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding community across core countries and regions.
• Driving a diverse employee structure as key to success with a good cultural and gender balance (Diversity and Inclusion).
• Build highly scalable, adaptive, and quality talent lead funnels through innovative tactics including recruitment marketing, programmatic advertising, and highly efficient sourcing models.
• Manage the TA strategy and end to end Recruitment process for special projects related to Staffing plans.
• Build actionable and insightful metrics dashboard to maximize recruitment marketing spend, candidate funnel efficiency, talent quality
• Ensure data accuracy in OP and the People internal trackers
• Manage when necessary confidential C-Level positions or Senior positions
Knowledge and experience requiered-7 years performing and managing Recruitment for White Collar employees (Blue collars as a plus)
-Start-Up operations, strategy and coordination of requirements with People teams and Project Managers.
-Generating and presenting Executive Recruitment KPIs
-Mapping and stablishing global processes
-Working in collaboration with HRIS teams for system configuration
-International Recruitment and relationships with TA members
-International (and matrix) organizations
-Managing down to N-2 Stakeholders or senior positions
-Implementing and deploying processes, creating content training material and training stakeholders and People teams.
