Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coach/Trainer to facilitate the successful implementation of our Unified Sales Desk (USD) CRM system. This role involves comprehensive training development, leadership in both virtual and in-person settings, and competent troubleshooting. The candidate must demonstrate a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and adapt.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coach/Trainer to facilitate the successful implementation of our Unified Sales Desk (USD) CRM system. This role involves comprehensive training development, leadership in both virtual and in-person settings, and competent troubleshooting. The candidate must demonstrate a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and implement training documents, PowerPoint presentations, and modules.
- Lead and facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions with end-users, effectively promoting the benefits of Unified Sales Desk and answering queries.
- Understand and cater to the learning styles preferred by branch managers or senior leaders to create tailored training content.
- Manage onboarding training for new users for internal systems.
- Support training programs learning solutions to business challenges as a part of fostering and improving performance of WESCO employees. This could include contributing to development tasks for classroom, blended, and onsite work for WESCO leaders and their employees.
- Partner with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Global L&D team members effectively to complete assigned L&D tasks and responsibilities.
- Create and administer learning programs via our LMS, Intranet, and SharePoint systems, and project management and collateral storage processes.
- Contribute to design and develop relevant deliverables that meet the needs of stakeholders including online courses, job aids, quick reference guides, observation checklists, curriculums, instructor-led training, and manager-led workshops.
- Collaborate with L&D team members to identify new opportunities to produce creative new programs, tools, and learning experiences.
- Administer and produce learning metrics collected from employees engaged in learning events and communicate the data to L&D Program Managers, and business leadership. Align with L&D senior management and program managers on business objectives, outcomes, and ROI expectations. Provide regular status reports and analysis.
- Ability to flex priorities and task completion as business priorities change.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required/Masters Degree preferred- in Business Admin, Marketing, or Organizational Development
- 5-6 Years of Developing, delivering, and documenting classroom, virtual, and e-learning courses
- 5-6 Years of Previous learning and development role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources.
- Developing training materials and programs from scratch, formally or informally.
- Ability to consult with all levels of management to determine viable solutions to complex problems in a corporate environment.
- Understands traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
- Ability to build strong relationships, ask good questions, knows how to uncover needs through discussions.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- O365 Suite.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to travel 0-25% required
- Bilingual speaking (English and Spanish ideally).
