What You'll Do:
As the Regional Manager of Marketplace Digital Advertising, you will be responsible for leading both the
planning and hands-on execution for campaigns across key marketplace platforms. You will partner closely with
local markets, agency teams, and global cross-functional stakeholders to align media strategies to meet brand and
marketplace objectives. This role requires a strong background in campaign planning, execution, optimization,
performance analysis, and KPI-driven reporting, along with the ability to guide regional investment strategies and
drive continuous improvement across markets.
Regional Collaboration
• Drive the development of marketplace media strategies across key partners in the region, ensuring
alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
• Support the day-to-day management of the agency responsible for marketplace media, ensuring high quality execution, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
• Partner with local markets, agency partners, and global cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign
execution, testing roadmaps, and seasonal priorities.
• Collaborate with the Regional Online Director to manage campaign budgets, pacing, and investment
strategies, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Align media initiatives with retailer promotional calendars and commercial strategies to maximize
performance impact.
• Partner with the global media team to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable campaign reporting for
local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Hands-On Campaign Execution and Optimization
• Execute campaigns directly within marketplace platforms, including keyword research, bid management,
and targeting strategies.
• Optimize keyword campaigns to improve visibility, efficiency, and return on ad spend using performance
data and testing methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real time, implementing ongoing refinements to drive
scale and conversion.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional partners to adapt and localize media assets for each platform's
requirements and brand objectives.
• Stay informed on keyword trends, competitive benchmarks, and platform innovations to continuously
enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of experience in planning and executing full funnel campaigns and on-site sponsored search
management, preferably within the retail sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sponsored search campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retailer advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using retailer-specific advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Mercado Libre Ads,
Walmart Media Group).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaign development.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish Required
