Job Description
What you will do

• Build strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside their core team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed by data;
• A practitioner of universal design principles, design with accessibility guidelines in mind, and advocate across global product and with the brand creative and business teams;
• Collaborate on the global experience design with a focus on ecommerce core experience with designers, researchers, product managers and engineers, by understanding business needs and product requirements;
• Translate user needs and product requirements into conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks;
• Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, the creation of scenarios and use cases;
• Deliver effective documentation and communication of design - via clear visual presentation and detailed annotation.

Must haves

• Bachelor degree in Digital Design, UX Design, HCI, or related fields;
• 3+ years of experience in UX, UI design for e-commerce websites;
• Online portfolio to showcase your ability to solve complex problems is a must;
• Familiar using Jira and Confluence, able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment;
• Able to play well and thrives in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders;
• Mastery using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Has a "no task is too small" mentality;
• Familiar with setting up usability testing as well as delivering research insights;
• Experience working with research, testing and data/KPI to drive data-driven decisions;
• Familiar with building and maintaining digital design systems.

Nice to haves

• Clear understanding of WCAG 2.1 requirements and industry best practices around accessibility/inclusive design is a plus;
• Experience with ecommerce and social platforms in the beauty or luxury industry (plus).
