Title: Marketing Operations Lead
Duties & Skillset:

• Drive the definition of processes for Ecommerce Marketing operations including email newsletters, push notifications, and SMS with global teams
• Be the main process counterpart for business stakeholders for Marketing operations and any updates to workflows or tooling

• Facilitates input from stakeholders and enables effective definition and prioritization of business requirements
• Serve as advisor and operational expert for local market
• Owns the execution of email marketing campaigns and push notifications including set up, deployment, testing, and reporting
• Establish quality assurance and testing standards for Marketing newsletter sends

• Establish Marketing Operations practice area for the market driving a culture of operational excellence
• Lead and grow a team of functional experts responsible for Marketing Operations

• Strong command of the English language, communication and presentation skills, and confidence speaking in groups and sharing perspective on Marketing Operations
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and 3rd parties to establish efficient and scalable processes
• Experience leading and developing teams into functional expertise
• Good to have knowledge of Marketing automation Platform(SFMC).
• Good to have working knowledge of HTML and CSS. SQL, Javascript, AMP, AmpScript, and other languages
