Commercial & Operations Digital Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial & Operations Digital Specialist; a strategic position that combines commercial and operational functions. This position is key to ensure the correct implementation of the digital strategy in the local market.

This position reports directly to the Country Director Mexico.

Responsibilities of the position:

Commercial & Ecommerce Area

- Act as a bridge between the local market and HQ to ensure alignment with the global strategy.

- Coordinate product activations and online marketing campaigns.

- Align product catalogue and launch calendar with global priorities.

- Management and development of marketplaces: commercial planning, KPI tracking, promotional campaigns and contact with platforms.

- Management and support to customers in the digital channel.

Operational Area

- Product registrations, price management and database maintenance.

- Fluid communication with the merchandising team to align commercial needs and calendar.

- Support in general operational tasks related to the commercial area.

Skills for the Position:

- Proactivity, with initiative, agile and resilient.

- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data.

- Analytical capacity and attention to detail.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do-attitude and hands-on mentality

- Eager to learn, grow and adapt to a dynamic and expanding environment.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as needed.

Requirements for the Position:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar functions.

- Proficiency in Excel and management/analysis tools.

- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
