Job Description

• Good Knowledge on any of the requirement management tools such as DOORS, DOORS Next Gen (DNG) or any other equivalent tool to comply with Automotive SPICE
• Shall have hands-on experience with different stages of Requirement Elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation and management.
• Good hands-on experience in traceability topics by demonstrating a clear linking within different phases of RDCT (Requirement-Design-Coding-Testing) cycle.
• Shall have a good exposure to Software lifecycle, V-Model and Agile methodologies.
• Added advantage to have certification in Requirements Engineering such as IREB.
• Shall have Collaborative skills to interact between different stakeholders such as partners/customers, Testers, Developers, Architects and managers.
• Role of the person would be is to maintain bidirectional traceability, identify missing requirements. Closing gaps in any of the phases of RDCT cycle.
• Work closely with international experts and teams with different technical backgrounds

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Software or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Automotive related background or experience
• Automotive related background or experience
• Knowledge of C, C++, Python programming language
• Knowledge of Microcontroller / Micro-processor
• Knowledge of automotive bus communication CAN, LIN, Flexray or Ethernet
• Knowledge of Autosar
• Knowledge of FOTA / Bootloader / Security
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD
• Knowledge of ISO26262, ASPICE
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken), able to effectively communicate with a global team in English.
• Experience in collaborating with international and cross divisional teams
