Description

This position is responsible for ensuring the procurement and purchase of supplies in a timely manner. Management, purchase order tracking and supplier registration. The control of expenses and budget of the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing of supplies and inputs for Distribution Center operation.
• Control of documentation for supplier registration and follow up of registration.
• Expense and budget reports.
• Control and issuance of purchase orders in COUPA system.
• Control of expenses and petty cash.
• Follow up of contracts process with the legal area.

Requirements

• Work experience 4 years in related positions
• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field
• Knowledge of supplies or supply focused on distribution or warehousing
• Knowledge of COUPA desirable
• Advanced Excel
• Convesational English
