Como miembro de equipo de Hilton, eres responsable de efectuar las siguientes tareas con excelente desempeño de acuerdo al manual de operación del departamento, entre las cuales se encuentran, pero no se limitan a:

1. Ejecutar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en las áreas que se le asignen

2. Ejecutar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a las habitaciones de huéspedes, asi como atender requerimientos de huéspede

1. Solicitar las refacciones e insumos necesarios para el buen desempeño de sus labores.

2. Mantener taller y áreas limpias y ordenadas y Cuidar equipos y herramientas del departamento.

What are we looking for?

Maintenance Operatives serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or a similar varied work environment such as ships, hospitals or retail businesses
• A certificate in Engineering, preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
• Strong work ethic
• A passion for managing a variety of projects and tasks throughout the day
