Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with more than 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR) cycles and have a strong background in consulting, process design, and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle EBS SCM implementations, focusing on OTC, PTP, RTR and other core processes.

• Assist clients in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, and conducting business process design workshops.

• Facilitate and execute conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configurations, and lead system testing and client user training.

• Work with RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows).

• Stay current with emerging supply chain trends and technologies and bring that insight to transformation projects.

• Deliver high-quality consulting services independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Prepare clear documentation and client presentations using tools such as MS Visio and PowerPoint.

• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.

• Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with professional judgment in high-impact situations.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM.

• Strong background in supply chain consulting and transformation.

• Experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus for LATAM roles.

• Experience mentoring junior staff is a strong advantage.
