Responsibilities:

• Support for event logistics and tracking of mandatory corporate training.
• Support in the Onboarding process for new hires and interns.
• Support in sending and tracking compliance with matrix training.
• Monitoring of HR initiatives, support in integration and development activities for administrative staff and interns.
• Sending of document requests to new hires.

Requirements:

• Graduation of bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Administration or related field in 2026/2027
• Intermediate English
• Proficiency in MS Office
